第1条 総則

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、MASATO NAKANO（以下「当方」）が提供するiOSアプリケーション「ふたりのウェディング」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用に関する条件を定めるものです。

本アプリをダウンロード、インストール、または利用することにより、お客様は本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

第2条 本アプリの概要

本アプリは、カップルが協力して結婚式の準備を進めるためのサポートアプリケーションです。以下の機能を提供します：

• ホーム（挙式日カウントダウン、進捗管理）
• ToDo・タスク管理機能
• 予算管理機能
• ゲスト管理機能
• カップル連携機能（パートナーとのデータ共有）
• プッシュ通知によるリマインダー機能
• 各種設定機能

第3条 利用登録

3.1 アカウントの作成

本アプリの一部機能のご利用には、Googleアカウント、Appleアカウント、または匿名認証によるログインが必要です。お客様は、正確な情報を用いて登録を行うものとします。

3.2 アカウント管理

お客様は、自己の責任においてアカウント情報を管理するものとし、第三者に譲渡または貸与してはなりません。アカウントの不正利用により生じた損害について、当方は責任を負いません。

3.3 カップル連携

本アプリのカップル連携機能は、招待コードを共有した相手とデータを共有する機能です。連携後、結婚準備に関するデータは双方が閲覧・編集可能となることに同意するものとします。招待コードは信頼できるパートナーにのみ共有してください。

第4条 利用料金

4.1 基本機能

本アプリの基本機能は無料でご利用いただけます。ただし、広告が表示される場合があります。

4.2 プレミアムプラン

プレミアムプランは月額制のサブスクリプション（月額1,200円）で提供され、以下の特典が含まれます：

• 広告の完全削除
• プレミアム限定機能のご利用
• 優先的なサポート対応
• 今後追加される新機能への優先アクセス

※料金はApp Storeの表示価格に準じ、為替レート等により変動する場合があります。

4.3 自動更新

• サブスクリプションは、期間終了の24時間前までに自動更新をオフにしない限り、自動的に更新されます
• 更新料金は、現在の期間終了前24時間以内にApple IDアカウントに請求されます
• サブスクリプションの管理および自動更新のオフは、購入後にApp Storeのアカウント設定から行えます
• 購入確定後のキャンセル、返金は原則としてApple社のポリシーに従います

第5条 禁止事項

お客様は、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません：

• 本アプリを第三者に貸与、譲渡、再配布すること
• 本アプリを改変、解析、リバースエンジニアリングすること
• 本アプリの著作権表示を削除または変更すること
• 法令または公序良俗に反する目的で本アプリを利用すること
• 他人になりすまして本アプリを利用すること
• 他のユーザーまたは第三者の権利・プライバシーを侵害する行為
• 本アプリのサーバーやネットワークに過度な負荷をかける行為
• 本アプリの運営を妨害する行為
• 招待コードを不特定多数に公開・販売すること

第6条 ユーザーコンテンツ

お客様が本アプリに登録・アップロードするデータ（ToDo、予算、ゲスト情報、画像等。以下「ユーザーコンテンツ」）の権利は、お客様に帰属します。

お客様は、ユーザーコンテンツについて必要な権利を有していることを保証し、第三者の権利を侵害しないことに同意するものとします。

当方は、本アプリの提供・運営・改善のために必要な範囲でユーザーコンテンツを利用することができます。

第7条 知的財産権

本アプリおよび本アプリに含まれるすべてのコンテンツ（文字、画像、アイコン、プログラム等）に関する知的財産権は、当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。ユーザーコンテンツに関する権利は前条の定めに従います。

第8条 免責事項

当方は、以下について一切の責任を負いません：

• 本アプリの利用により生じた直接的または間接的な損害
• 本アプリの動作不良、エラー、バグ等による損害
• 通信回線やコンピュータの障害による損害
• 第三者による本アプリへの不正アクセスによる損害
• ユーザーコンテンツの消失・破損による損害
• カップル連携機能を通じたパートナーとのデータ共有に関するトラブル
• 本アプリに表示される情報の正確性・完全性・有用性

本アプリは、結婚準備をサポートするツールであり、結婚式の成功やスケジュール管理を保証するものではありません。

第9条 サービスの変更・終了

当方は、事前の通知なく、本アプリの内容の変更、機能の追加・削除、またはサービスの終了を行うことができるものとします。サービス終了時には、可能な限り事前にアプリ内で通知するよう努めます。

第10条 アカウントの停止・削除

当方は、お客様が本規約に違反した場合、事前通知なくアカウントの停止または削除を行うことができます。

お客様は、アプリ内の設定からいつでもアカウントの削除を行うことができます。

第11条 プライバシー

当方は、お客様の個人情報の取り扱いについて、別途定める「プライバシーポリシー」に従って適切に管理いたします。

第12条 広告について

本アプリの無料版では、Google AdMobを通じて第三者による広告が表示される場合があります。広告の内容については、当方は責任を負いません。

第13条 規約の変更

当方は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することができます。重要な変更がある場合はアプリ内で通知し、変更後の規約は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じるものとします。変更後に本アプリを継続してご利用いただいた場合、変更に同意したものとみなされます。

第14条 準拠法・管轄裁判所

本規約の解釈および適用は、日本法に準拠するものとします。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合は、当方の住所地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Article 1: General Provisions

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) set forth the conditions for using the iOS application “Futari no Wedding” (the “App”) provided by MASATO NAKANO (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Article 2: Overview of the App

The App is a support application that helps couples prepare for their wedding together. It provides the following features:

• Home (wedding day countdown, progress tracking)
• To-Do and task management
• Budget management
• Guest management
• Couple linking (data sharing with your partner)
• Reminders via push notifications
• Various settings

Article 3: Registration

3.1 Creating an Account

Some features of the App require sign-in via a Google account, Apple account, or anonymous authentication. You agree to register with accurate information.

3.2 Account Management

You are responsible for managing your account information and must not transfer or lend it to third parties. We are not responsible for any damages caused by unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Couple Linking

The couple linking feature allows you to share data with a person to whom you have shared your invitation code. Once linked, you agree that wedding preparation data can be viewed and edited by both parties. Please share your invitation code only with a trusted partner.

Article 4: Fees

4.1 Basic Features

The basic features of the App are available for free. However, advertisements may be displayed.

4.2 Premium Plan

The Premium Plan is offered as a monthly subscription (¥1,200/month) and includes the following benefits:

• Complete removal of advertisements
• Access to premium-only features
• Priority customer support
• Priority access to new features added in the future

*Prices follow the App Store’s displayed price and may vary based on exchange rates.

4.3 Auto-Renewal

• The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Renewal fees are charged to your Apple ID account within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal from your App Store account settings after purchase
• Cancellations and refunds after purchase are subject to Apple’s policies

Article 5: Prohibited Activities

When using the App, you must not:

• Lend, transfer, or redistribute the App to third parties
• Modify, analyze, or reverse-engineer the App
• Remove or alter copyright notices in the App
• Use the App for purposes that violate laws or public morals
• Use the App by impersonating another person
• Infringe on the rights or privacy of other users or third parties
• Place excessive load on the App’s servers or networks
• Interfere with the operation of the App
• Publish or sell invitation codes to unspecified third parties

Article 6: User Content

The rights to data you register or upload to the App (To-Dos, budgets, guest information, images, etc.; “User Content”) belong to you.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to your User Content and agree not to infringe on third-party rights.

We may use User Content to the extent necessary for providing, operating, and improving the App.

Article 7: Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights related to the App and all content contained within it (text, images, icons, programs, etc.) belong to us or the rightful owners. Rights to User Content are governed by the preceding article.

Article 8: Disclaimer

We are not responsible for:

• Any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the App
• Damages caused by malfunctions, errors, or bugs in the App
• Damages caused by communication line or computer failures
• Damages caused by unauthorized access to the App by third parties
• Damages caused by loss or corruption of User Content
• Issues arising from data sharing with a partner via the couple linking feature
• The accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of information displayed in the App

The App is a tool to assist wedding preparation and does not guarantee the success of the wedding or the management of its schedule.

Article 9: Changes and Termination of Service

We may change the content of the App, add or remove features, or terminate the service without prior notice. We will endeavor to notify you in advance within the App when terminating the service.

Article 10: Account Suspension and Deletion

If you violate these Terms, we may suspend or delete your account without prior notice.

You may delete your account at any time from the settings within the App.

Article 11: Privacy

We manage your personal information appropriately in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy.

Article 12: Advertisements

The free version of the App may display third-party advertisements through Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of these advertisements.

Article 13: Changes to Terms

We may change these Terms as necessary. For significant changes, we will notify you within the App, and the revised Terms will take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes agreement to the revised Terms.

Article 14: Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes relating to the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our location as the court of first instance.
