Zukan（ズカン）は、お客様のコレクションを写真と一緒に記録するアプリです。開発者がお客様の個人情報や記録内容を収集・保存・閲覧しないことを設計の基本方針としています。本アプリはサーバーを持たず、お客様のデータは端末内とお客様ご自身の iCloud にのみ保存されます。広告は表示しません。

第1条 基本方針

MASATO NAKANO（以下「当方」）は、iOS／iPadOS アプリケーション「Zukan」（以下「本アプリ」）をご利用いただくお客様の個人情報保護の重要性を認識し、個人情報の保護に関する法律（個人情報保護法）その他の関係法令を遵守し、適切に取り扱うことをお約束いたします。

第2条 収集する情報

当方は、本アプリを通じてお客様の個人情報を一切収集しません。

• アカウント登録は不要であり、メールアドレス・氏名等の登録情報は存在しません
• お客様が本アプリに入力した記録（図鑑名、アイテム名、写真、日付、メモ、タグ、位置情報、カスタム項目の値など）が当方のサーバーに送信されることはありません（当方はサーバーを運用していません）
• 広告配信および広告識別子（IDFA）の取得は行いません
• 行動追跡（トラッキング）および解析用 SDK は使用していません

第3条 本アプリが利用する端末の機能

本アプリは、以下の機能をお客様の操作に応じて利用します。いずれもお客様の許可を得た上で動作し、取得した情報は端末内（および第4条の iCloud）にのみ保存されます。

写真ライブラリ	アイテムに写真を追加するため	Apple 標準の写真選択画面を使用するため、アプリが写真ライブラリ全体にアクセスすることはありません。選択した写真の圧縮コピーのみをアプリ内に保存し、原本は写真アプリに残ります
カメラ	アイテムの写真をその場で撮影するため	撮影した写真はアプリ内にのみ保存され、外部に送信されません
写真の撮影情報（EXIF）	撮影日と撮影場所をアイテムの初期値として提案するため	選択した写真に含まれる情報のみを読み取ります。位置は自動入力後に削除できます
位置情報	「現在地を使う」でアイテムの場所を記録し、マップに表示するため	お客様がボタンを押したときにのみ取得します。許可しない場合も地名の手入力で利用できます
地名の取得（逆ジオコーディング）	記録した緯度経度から地名を表示するため	Apple の MapKit を通じて座標が Apple に送信されます。取り扱いは Apple プライバシーポリシーに従います

第4条 データの保存場所

お客様が本アプリに入力したデータは、以下の場所にのみ保存されます：

• お客様の端末内
• お客様ご自身の iCloud アカウント（Apple の CloudKit プライベートデータベース）— iCloud 同期（Pro＋機能）を有効にしている場合

iCloud 上のデータはお客様の Apple Account に紐づくプライベートな領域に保存され、当方を含む第三者はアクセスできません。iCloud 同期をオフにすると、以後の同期は停止し、データは端末内に保持されます。iCloud におけるデータの取り扱いについては、Apple プライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

第5条 App 内課金について

本アプリの App 内課金（買い切りの Pro、および自動更新サブスクリプションの Pro＋）は、Apple の App Store（StoreKit）を通じて処理されます。決済情報（クレジットカード番号等）は Apple が管理し、当方がこれを取得することはありません。購入状態の確認は端末内で行われ、当方が外部の課金管理サービスを利用することもありません。サブスクリプションの管理・解約は iOS の設定（Apple Account ＞ サブスクリプション）から行えます。

第6条 書き出し・バックアップ・共有

本アプリには、記録を Excel（.xlsx）・CSV・PDF 形式で書き出す機能（Pro 機能）と、全データを zip 形式でバックアップする機能があります。書き出したファイルには、お客様が入力した記録内容と写真が含まれます。これらのファイルは iOS の共有機能を通じてお客様が選んだアプリや保存先にのみ渡され、当方に送信されることはありません。共有先でのデータの取り扱いは、共有先のサービスのプライバシーポリシーに従います。

第7条 お問い合わせ時の情報

アプリ内の「ご意見・不具合報告」は、お客様の端末のメールアプリを起動します。サポートのため、メール本文にアプリのバージョン、OS のバージョン、端末の機種、ご利用中のプラン、図鑑の冊数が自動的に記載されます。記録内容や写真が添付されることはありません。送信するかどうか、また記載内容を編集するかどうかはお客様が決められます。お問い合わせでお預かりしたメールアドレスおよび内容は、対応の目的にのみ使用し、第三者に提供しません。

第8条 お客様の権利とデータの管理

• データの確認・修正・削除：アプリ内でいつでも行えます。削除したアイテムや図鑑は 30 日間ゴミ箱に保管され、その後自動的に完全削除されます（ゴミ箱から即時に完全削除することもできます）
• データの持ち出し：バックアップ（zip）はすべてのお客様が、Excel・CSV・PDF の書き出しは Pro 以上のお客様がご利用いただけます
• データの完全削除：本アプリを削除し、iOS の設定から iCloud 上の本アプリのデータを削除することで、すべてのデータが消去されます

データはお客様ご自身の管理下にあるため、当方に対する開示・削除等の請求手続きは必要ありません（当方はお客様のデータを保有していないため、応じることもできません）。

第9条 セキュリティ

本アプリは、お客様のデータを保護するため、以下の対策を講じています：

• データの端末内保存によるプライバシー保護
• iCloud 同期における通信・保存の暗号化（Apple の標準的なセキュリティ機構による）
• App 内課金の購入情報の検証を Apple の署名に基づき端末内で実施
• 必要最小限の権限のみの要求

第10条 子どもの個人情報

本アプリは特定の年齢層を対象とした情報収集を行いません。前条までのとおり、当方はいかなるお客様からも個人情報を収集しません。

第11条 プライバシーポリシーの変更

当方は、法令の変更やサービスの改善に伴い、本プライバシーポリシーを変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合（データの取り扱い方針が変わる場合等）は、アプリ内または App Store ページでお知らせいたします。

Zukan is an app for keeping a photo record of the things you collect. It is designed so that the developer never collects, stores, or views your personal information or your records. The App has no server of its own; your data is stored only on your device and in your own iCloud account. The App shows no advertisements.

Article 1: Basic Policy

MASATO NAKANO (“we,” “us,” or “our”) recognizes the importance of protecting the personal information of users of the iOS/iPadOS application “Zukan” (the “App”). We comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan and other applicable laws, and commit to handling your information appropriately.

Article 2: Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal information through the App.

• No account is required. We hold no registration data such as email addresses or names.
• Nothing you enter in the App (book names, item names, photos, dates, notes, tags, location, custom field values, etc.) is ever sent to our servers. We do not operate any servers.
• We do not serve advertisements and do not access the Advertising Identifier (IDFA).
• We do not use tracking or analytics SDKs.

Article 3: Device Features Used by the App

The App uses the following device features only in response to your actions. Each works only with your permission, and the information obtained is stored only on your device (and in iCloud as described in Article 4).

Photo Library	To add photos to items	The App uses Apple’s standard photo picker and never gains access to your whole library. Only a compressed copy of each selected photo is stored in the App; the original stays in the Photos app.
Camera	To take a photo of an item on the spot	Captured photos are stored only in the App and are never transmitted.
Photo metadata (EXIF)	To suggest the date and place as initial values for an item	Only metadata contained in the photo you selected is read. You can remove the location after it is filled in.
Location	To record where you found an item via “Use Current Location” and show it on the map	Obtained only when you tap the button. If you decline, you can still type a place name manually.
Place name lookup (reverse geocoding)	To display a place name for recorded coordinates	Coordinates are sent to Apple through MapKit. This is governed by the Apple Privacy Policy.

Article 4: Where Your Data Is Stored

Data you enter in the App is stored only in the following places:

• On your device
• In your own iCloud account (Apple’s CloudKit private database), if you have enabled iCloud Sync (a Pro+ feature)

Data in iCloud is stored in a private area tied to your Apple Account and cannot be accessed by any third party, including us. When you turn iCloud Sync off, syncing stops and your data remains on your device. For Apple’s handling of iCloud data, please see the Apple Privacy Policy.

Article 5: In-App Purchases

The App’s in-app purchases (the one-time Pro purchase and the auto-renewing Pro+ subscription) are processed through Apple’s App Store (StoreKit). Payment details such as credit card numbers are handled by Apple and are never available to us. Purchase status is verified on your device, and we do not use any third-party purchase management service. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings (Apple Account › Subscriptions).

Article 6: Export, Backup and Sharing

The App can export your records as Excel (.xlsx), CSV or PDF files (Pro feature) and back up all data as a zip file. Exported files contain the records and photos you entered. These files are handed only to the app or destination you choose through the iOS share sheet and are never sent to us. Handling of the data at the destination is governed by that service’s privacy policy.

Article 7: Information Included When You Contact Us

“Send Feedback” in the App opens your device’s mail app. To help with support, the mail body is pre-filled with the app version, OS version, device model, your current plan and the number of books. No records or photos are attached. You decide whether to send the mail and can edit its contents. Email addresses and message contents we receive are used only to respond to your inquiry and are never shared with third parties.

Article 8: Your Rights and Data Management

• Access, correction and deletion: available in the App at any time. Deleted items and books are kept in the Trash for 30 days and then permanently deleted (you can also delete them immediately from the Trash).
• Data portability: zip backup is available to all users; Excel, CSV and PDF export is available to Pro and Pro+ users.
• Complete deletion: deleting the App and removing the App’s iCloud data in iOS Settings erases all of your data.

Because your data is entirely under your control, no request to us for disclosure or deletion is necessary (and, since we hold none of your data, we would be unable to act on one).

Article 9: Security

We protect your data through the following measures:

• Privacy by design through on-device storage
• Encryption of iCloud sync in transit and at rest (via Apple’s standard security mechanisms)
• On-device verification of in-app purchase transactions using Apple’s signatures
• Requesting only the minimum permissions necessary

Article 10: Children’s Privacy

The App does not collect information targeted at any particular age group. As described above, we do not collect personal information from any user.

Article 11: Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy due to changes in laws or improvements to the App. We will announce significant changes (such as changes to how data is handled) within the App or on the App Store page.
