第1条総則

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、MASATO NAKANO（以下「当方」）が提供するiOSアプリケーション「DripPro」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用に関する条件を定めるものです。

本アプリをダウンロード、インストール、または利用することにより、お客様は本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

第2条本アプリの概要

本アプリは、コーヒーのハンドドリップを支援するタイマーアプリケーションです。以下の機能を提供します：

ドリップタイマー機能
レシピ管理機能
豆管理機能
設定機能

第3条利用料金

3.1 基本機能

本アプリの基本機能は無料でご利用いただけます。ただし、広告が表示される場合があります。

3.2 プレミアム機能

プレミアム機能は有料（300円、買い切り）で提供され、以下の特典が含まれます：

広告の完全削除
優先的なサポート対応
今後追加される新機能への優先アクセス

第4条禁止事項

お客様は、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません：

本アプリを第三者に貸与、譲渡、再配布すること
本アプリを改変、解析、リバースエンジニアリングすること
本アプリの著作権表示を削除または変更すること
法令または公序良俗に反する目的で本アプリを利用すること

第5条知的財産権

本アプリおよび本アプリに含まれるすべてのコンテンツ（文字、画像、音声、プログラム等）に関する知的財産権は、当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。

第6条免責事項

当方は、以下について一切の責任を負いません：

本アプリの利用により生じた直接的または間接的な損害
本アプリの動作不良、エラー、バグ等による損害
通信回線やコンピュータの障害による損害
第三者による本アプリへの不正アクセスによる損害

第7条サービスの変更・終了

当方は、事前の通知なく、本アプリの内容の変更、機能の追加・削除、またはサービスの終了を行うことができるものとします。

第8条プライバシー

当方は、お客様の個人情報の取り扱いについて、別途定める「プライバシーポリシー」に従って適切に管理いたします。

第9条広告について

本アプリの無料版では、Google AdMobを通じて第三者による広告が表示される場合があります。広告の内容については、当方は責任を負いません。

第10条規約の変更

当方は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することができます。変更後の規約は、本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じるものとします。

Article 1: General Provisions

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) set forth the conditions for using the iOS application “DripPro” (the “App”) provided by MASATO NAKANO (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Article 2: Overview of the App

The App is a timer application designed to assist with pour-over coffee brewing. It provides the following features:

Drip timer function
Recipe management
Bean management
Settings

Article 3: Fees

3.1 Basic Features

The basic features of the App are available for free. However, advertisements may be displayed.

3.2 Premium Features

Premium features are available for a one-time purchase of ¥300 and include the following benefits:

Complete removal of advertisements
Priority customer support
Priority access to new features added in the future

Article 4: Prohibited Activities

When using the App, you must not:

Lend, transfer, or redistribute the App to third parties
Modify, analyze, or reverse-engineer the App
Remove or alter copyright notices in the App
Use the App for purposes that violate laws or public morals

Article 5: Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights related to the App and all content contained within it (text, images, audio, programs, etc.) belong to us or the rightful owners.

Article 6: Disclaimer

We are not responsible for:

Any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the App
Damages caused by malfunctions, errors, or bugs in the App
Damages caused by communication line or computer failures
Damages caused by unauthorized access to the App by third parties

Article 7: Changes and Termination of Service

We may change the content of the App, add or remove features, or terminate the service without prior notice.

Article 8: Privacy

We manage your personal information appropriately in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy.

Article 9: Advertisements

The free version of the App may display third-party advertisements through Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of these advertisements.

Article 10: Changes to Terms

We may change these Terms as necessary. The revised Terms will take effect when posted on this page.
