DripProは、お客様のプライバシーを最優先に考えて設計されています。個人情報の収集は最小限に抑え、収集する情報は透明性を持って管理いたします。

第1条 基本方針

MASATO NAKANO（以下「当方」）は、iOSアプリケーション「DripPro」（以下「本アプリ」）をご利用いただくお客様の個人情報保護の重要性を認識し、個人情報の保護に関する法律（個人情報保護法）その他の関係法令を遵守し、適切に取り扱うことをお約束いたします。

第2条 収集する情報

2.1 本アプリが直接収集する情報

本アプリは以下の情報をデバイス内にローカル保存します：

• コーヒー豆の情報（名前、産地、焙煎度、品種、メモ）
• レシピ情報（名前、比率、時間、温度、ステップ）
• アプリ設定情報（テーマ、タイマー設定、完了音設定等）
• プレミアム購入状況

これらの情報はすべてお客様のデバイス内に保存され、外部サーバーには送信されません。

2.2 Google AdMobによる情報収集

本アプリの無料版では、広告配信のためにGoogle AdMobを使用しています。Google AdMobは以下の情報を収集する場合があります：

• 広告識別子（IDFA）- 個人に関連しない広告配信のため
• デバイス情報（OS、機種等）- 適切な広告フォーマットの配信のため
• アプリ使用情報 – 広告効果測定のため
• 位置情報（概算）- 地域に適した広告配信のため

2.3 App Store Connect Analytics

アプリの品質向上のため、Appleが提供するApp Store Connect Analyticsを通じて以下の匿名化された情報を収集する場合があります：

• クラッシュレポート（個人を特定しない技術情報のみ）
• アプリの使用統計（セッション時間、機能利用頻度等）
• パフォーマンス指標

第3条 情報の利用目的

収集した情報は以下の目的で利用します：

• 本アプリの機能提供およびサービス向上
• 広告配信（無料版のみ）
• アプリの不具合修正およびパフォーマンス改善
• カスタマーサポートの提供
• 新機能の開発および既存機能の改善

第4条 情報の第三者提供

当方は、以下の場合を除き、お客様の個人情報を第三者に提供することはありません：

• お客様の同意がある場合
• 法令に基づく場合
• 人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要がある場合

4.1 広告配信サービス

本アプリではGoogle AdMobを使用しており、広告配信のために必要な情報がGoogleと共有される場合があります。詳細はGoogleプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

第5条 データの保存場所と期間

5.1 ローカルデータ

• 保存場所：お客様のデバイス内（iPhoneのローカルストレージ）
• 保存期間：アプリを削除するまで
• アクセス権限：お客様のみ

5.2 広告関連データ

• 管理者：Google AdMob
• 保存期間：Googleのポリシーに準拠
• 詳細：Googleデータ保持ポリシー

第6条 お客様の権利

お客様は以下の権利を有します：

• データの確認：アプリ内でご自身のデータを確認できます
• データの修正・削除：アプリ内で随時修正・削除が可能です
• アプリの削除：アプリを削除することで、すべてのローカルデータが削除されます
• 広告のオプトアウト：iOSの設定で「追跡型広告を制限」を有効にできます
• プレミアム版の購入：広告を完全に削除できます

第7条 セキュリティ

当方は、お客様の個人情報を適切に管理し、以下のセキュリティ対策を実施しています：

• データのローカル保存によるプライバシー保護
• iOS標準のセキュリティ機能の活用
• 必要最小限の権限のみの要求
• 定期的なセキュリティアップデート

第8条 子どもの個人情報

本アプリは13歳未満の子どもを対象としておらず、13歳未満の子どもから故意に個人情報を収集することはありません。もし13歳未満の子どもから個人情報が収集されたことが判明した場合、速やかに削除いたします。

第9条 国際データ転送

Google AdMobによって収集された情報は、Googleのプライバシーポリシーに従って処理され、米国などの海外に転送される場合があります。これらの転送は、適切なセキュリティ対策の下で行われます。

第10条 プライバシーポリシーの変更

当方は、法令の変更やサービスの改善に伴い、本プライバシーポリシーを変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内で通知いたします。

第11条 広告について

11.1 広告の完全削除

DripPro Premium（300円）をアプリ内購入することで、広告が完全に表示されなくなります。

11.2 広告の個人化設定

以下の設定で広告の個人化を制限できます（広告自体は表示されます）：

• パーソナライズ広告の無効化：「設定」→「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「Appleの広告」→「パーソナライズ広告」を無効化
• 広告識別子のリセット：「設定」→「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「Appleの広告」→「広告識別子をリセット」

※iOS設定の変更では広告は削除されません。広告の個人化を制限するのみです。

DripPro is designed with your privacy as our top priority. We minimize the collection of personal information and manage any collected data with full transparency.

Article 1: Basic Policy

MASATO NAKANO (“we,” “us,” or “our”) recognizes the importance of protecting the personal information of users of the iOS application “DripPro” (the “App”). We comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other applicable laws, and commit to handling your information appropriately.

Article 2: Information We Collect

2.1 Information Collected Directly by the App

The App stores the following information locally on your device:

• Coffee bean information (name, origin, roast level, variety, notes)
• Recipe information (name, ratio, time, temperature, steps)
• App settings (theme, timer settings, completion sound settings, etc.)
• Premium purchase status

All of this information is stored on your device and is not transmitted to external servers.

2.2 Information Collected by Google AdMob

The free version of the App uses Google AdMob for advertising. Google AdMob may collect the following information:

• Advertising Identifier (IDFA) – For non-personalized ad delivery
• Device Information (OS, model, etc.) – For delivering appropriate ad formats
• App Usage Information – For measuring ad effectiveness
• Location Information (approximate) – For delivering region-appropriate ads

2.3 App Store Connect Analytics

To improve app quality, we may collect the following anonymized information through Apple’s App Store Connect Analytics:

• Crash reports (technical information only, not personally identifiable)
• App usage statistics (session duration, feature usage frequency, etc.)
• Performance metrics

Article 3: Purpose of Use

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• Providing app functionality and improving services
• Delivering advertisements (free version only)
• Fixing bugs and improving performance
• Providing customer support
• Developing new features and improving existing ones

Article 4: Disclosure to Third Parties

We will not disclose your personal information to third parties except in the following cases:

• With your consent
• When required by law
• When necessary to protect life, body, or property

4.1 Advertising Services

The App uses Google AdMob, and information necessary for ad delivery may be shared with Google. For details, please see the Google Privacy Policy.

Article 5: Data Storage Location and Retention Period

5.1 Local Data

• Storage location: Your device (iPhone local storage)
• Retention period: Until you delete the app
• Access: You only

5.2 Advertising-Related Data

• Manager: Google AdMob
• Retention period: According to Google’s policies
• Details: Google Data Retention Policy

Article 6: Your Rights

You have the following rights:

• Access: You can view your data within the app
• Correction/Deletion: You can edit or delete your data within the app at any time
• App Deletion: Deleting the app removes all local data
• Ad Opt-out: You can enable “Limit Ad Tracking” in iOS settings
• Premium Purchase: You can completely remove ads by purchasing premium

Article 7: Security

We implement the following security measures to properly manage your personal information:

• Privacy protection through local data storage
• Utilization of iOS standard security features
• Requesting only minimum necessary permissions
• Regular security updates

Article 8: Children’s Privacy

This App is not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that personal information has been collected from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it.

Article 9: International Data Transfers

Information collected by Google AdMob may be processed according to Google’s Privacy Policy and transferred to the United States or other countries. These transfers are conducted under appropriate security measures.

Article 10: Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy due to changes in laws or service improvements. We will notify you within the app of any significant changes.

Article 11: About Advertisements

11.1 Complete Ad Removal

By purchasing DripPro Premium (¥300) as an in-app purchase, ads will be completely removed.

11.2 Ad Personalization Settings

You can limit ad personalization through the following settings (ads will still be displayed):

• Disable Personalized Ads: Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising → Disable Personalized Ads
• Reset Advertising Identifier: Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising → Reset Advertising Identifier

*Changing iOS settings does not remove ads; it only limits ad personalization.
